But, after using up those 3 free credits, how does one go about getting more? That information is rather elusive.

Sure, it’s nice that once an episode is unlocked by a credit, it will remain unlocked for all devices. And, credits don’t expire. But, what if someone wants more nbc.com credits?

In a private direct message, I sent my email via DM and someone from their team said:

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Because you posted such a great tweet, we’ve added 10 more credits to your account. Happy watching!

For the record, also tried to contact NBC via their contact form. I did get an automated email from Zendesk. But I have not yet received any replies.
